Why We Shrunk It
Let’s be real: the original Fearless Eyeshadow Pencil was a beauty beast—amazing formula, but too much product for what most people could actually use. That’s where the PAO (Period After Opening) comes in. This little icon on the packaging tells you how long a product is safe and effective to use once opened. For most people, the jumbo pencil was simply more than they could finish within that window.
On top of that, we were inspired to create this pencil to combat one of beauty’s biggest pet peeves: eyeshadow palette waste. You know the drill—hit pan on your one go-to shade, and the rest sit there untouched. It’s wasteful and it doesn’t align with how real people use makeup every day.
